Project Background
The wastewater from coke oven gas desulfurization in coking plant has high salt content and high toxicity, and it has been listed as hazardous waste by the government. Conventional wastewater treatment technology is difficult to solve, which is the crux of the problem affecting the normal production of coking enterprises. At present, the national coking capacity is about 650 million tons, and the annual output of coke is 430 million tons. After a period of parallel operation, there are still more than 300 large-scale coal coking and chemical enterprises. Theoretically, each coal coking enterprise has such technology and project need. However, considering the construction cost and project income comprehensively, large coking enterprises can independently build desulfurization waste liquid salt extraction devices.

Effluent Standard

The effluent of the project meets the requirements of Table 2 of the Pollution Control Standard of Domestic Waste Landfill Site (GB16889-2008), in which the ammonia and NOx index complies with the original EIA approval requirements of Sanya Municipal Domestic Waste Landfill Site, that is, the discharge requirement of less than 15mg/L.

Solution

The construction of the municipal solid waste incineration plant and the kitchen waste treatment plant in Sanya has also brought the problem of leachate and biogas slurry. As a result, with the approval of Sanya government, the BOT project of landfill leachate treatment in Sanya was started. The construction scale is 350 tons/day of landfill leachate, including 143m3/d landfill leachate, 120m3/d landfill leachate and 87m3/d kitchen waste sewage. The design process of the system is "water quality balance system +UBF anaerobic system+external membrane bioreactor+nanofiltration system".


Get The Effect

The electric dust removal equipment successfully passed the acceptance. The purified dust concentration can reach 20mg/Nm3 under full power, which is better than the dust emission design index ≤50mg/Nm3. Under the load of ensuring the basic environmental protection emission requirements, the operation energy consumption, maintenance cost and service life are greatly reduced, ensuring that the enterprise has passed the acceptance of the environmental supervision department, and at the same time, considerable economic benefits have been created, thus truly realizing sustainable development. The successful completion of the project in Shanghai has also laid a solid foundation for cooperation with other factories in Owens China on flue gas treatment projects.
