Efficient synergistic removal technology of various pollutants using active molecules is a technology that uses active molecules O3 with strong oxidizing property as gaseous oxidant to oxidize pollutants such as NOx and Hg in pollutant flue gas, and realizes efficient synergistic control removal of NOx, Hg, SO2, HF, HCl and other polluted gases in combination with absorption tower.

    • Pyneo's efficient synergistic removal technology of various pollutants using active molecules won Zhejiang Patent Gold Award and Zhejiang Excellent Invention Second Prize.

    • This technology is characterized by the characteristics of high efficiency, low investment, convenient implementation, etc. This technology has nothing to do with the combustion process. A set of removal process can be used to simultaneously remove various pollutants such as desulfurization, denitrification, mercury removal, fluorine and chlorine removal, etc. for the flue gas of the boilers that fueled by oil, gas or coal. It is especially adoptable for the flue gas treatment of old power plants, cement kilns, glass kilns, garbage incinerators and industrial kilns.

    • Based on the cooperation achievement of Zhejiang University, the chemical reaction mechanism of efficient synergistic removal technology of various pollutants using active molecules was established. By using PLIF laser diagnosis, CHEMKIN and CFD numerical simulation, the reaction mechanism of the synergistic removal technology of various pollutants using active molecules was fully grasped, and it was used to guide the project engineering design, making it more scientific and reasonable.

    • Using VPSA/ air separation to produce oxygen or purchased liquid oxygen, active molecule O3 was prepared by ozone generator, and combined with the active molecule reactor and wet absorption tower independently developed by Pyneo, the efficient synergistic removal of various pollutants in flue gas was realized.

    • It is cost-saving, convenient and quick, and suitable for engineering matching of various existing boilers, and its key equipment is completely localized. It can be put into production more conveniently and gain profits more quickly.
