Project Background
This project will build two sets of hazardous waste incineration systems with a treatment capacity of 120t/d, a designed annual operation time of 7,200 hours and a treatment capacity of 72,000 t/a, which mainly incinerates various petrochemical hazardous wastes, including solid wastes, liquid wastes, semi-solid paste wastes, etc. The hazardous wastes generated by each unit and the three sludges (biochemical sludge, chemical sludge and oily sludge) generated during the operation of the sewage treatment plant, in order to achieve the purpose of hazardous waste reduction and stabilization, are equipped with a hazardous waste incineration disposal system, and the ash generated after incineration is solidified and stabilized and sent to the hazardous waste landfill for landfill disposal. Two sets of hazardous waste incineration systems with a treatment capacity of 120t/d will be built in the unit. The incineration systems are equipped with mature, reliable and stable domestic technologies, and the flue gas emission after treatment is superior to GB18484-2020 industrial pollutant emission standard.

Technical Characteristics

It is planned to build two sets of rotary kiln incineration systems with a treatment capacity of 120t/d,  a designed annual operation time of 7,200 hours and an incineration treatment capacity of 72,000 t/a, which mainly incinerates various industrial hazardous wastes, including solid wastes, liquid wastes, semi-solid paste wastes, etc.

Adopt burners and waste liquid spray guns with independent intellectual property rights, and ultra-low flue gas technology (denitration, deacidification and dust removal).

Solution

This project is equipped with a hazardous waste incineration system with a processing capacity of 2× 120 t/d. The main process of the system is SMP/ hopper grab+secondary combustion chamber of rotary kiln+waste heat recovery+quenching+cloth bag+dry deacidification+wet deacidification+chimney discharge. There are many incineration materials in this project: most hazardous wastes enter SMP system through barrels and bags, and are sent to rotary kiln by plunger pump for incineration; A small amount of scattered hazardous waste enters the pit for storage and enters the rotary kiln into the hopper for incineration by grab bucket; Flexible materials such as felt/blanket/packaging bag in the park are packed with balers, and then put into the material pit grab bucket for burning; After the biochemical sludge and oil sludge in the park are centrifuged and dried, the wet sludge is sent to the rotary kiln for incineration by screw pump, and the dry sludge is sent to the rotary kiln for incineration by screw. Part of the park waste liquid is pumped into the waste liquid spray gun by the tank farm for incineration.

After being burned in the second combustion chamber of the rotary kiln, the by-product steam is produced by the waste heat furnace, and the flue gas is treated by the quenching tower+the dry process tower+the cloth bag+the two-stage deacidification tower, and then the up-to-standard flue gas is discharged through the chimney.

Get The Effect

It is superior to GB18484-2020 industrial pollutant emission standard, in which the sulfur dioxide emission concentration is less than 35 mg/nm3; Smoke emission concentration is less than 10mg/Nm3;; The nitrogen oxide is less than 100mg/Nm3. mg/nm3; Smoke emission concentration is less than 10mg/Nm3;; The nitrogen oxide i100mg/Nm3.化物小于100mg/Nm3。
